Medical Facilities’ ownership includes controlling interest in four specialty surgical hospitals and an ambulatory surgery centre located in California. In addition, through a partnership with NueHealth, LLC, Medical Facilities owns controlling interest in five ambulatory surgery centres. 

Medical Facilities’ unique management philosophy focuses on efficiency and productivity of their facilities. Their physician partners have a personal interest and play an active role in daily management and strategic direction of the facilities. They are an integral part of Medical Facilities’ mission to provide the highest quality of care in an environment that is safe, convenient, and comfortable to their patients, their families, and their employees and healthcare practitioners who use their facilities. Medical Facilities generates nearly all its revenue from the facility fee charged to the patient, or their insurer.
